No available devices in the devices list

If there are no devices available in the list that appears after you enter the Apple Id, it means that iCloud backup is not active on the target iPhone or the backup has not been completed yet and the iCloud account is empty.

Please make sure that the iCloud backup option is active on the target phone and wait for 24hours. If it is enabled, please press ‘Backup now’ again in Settings->iCloud->Storage&Backup on the target phone.

Then enter the Apple Id and complete installation again. As soon as at least one backup is created you will see a device’s name in the list.
